What farm owners ask us.
Do I need my own website already?
No. We build your storefront for you, on an address under gamefarm.ph or on your own domain if you have one.
Who owns my customer list?
You do. Your records and your customers stay yours and can be exported whenever you ask, under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
How do buyers pay, and when do I get paid?
Buyers pay through the platform by card, e-wallet or online banking. You release the bird after the payment clears, and the money is paid out to your own bank account.
Can buyers reserve birds before they are ready?
Yes. A Reservation collection takes heads from an upcoming hatch, with an initial payment and a schedule, and you assign the actual bird when he is ready.
Is this farm management software?
No. GameFarm is for selling: your storefront, your buyers, your payments and your releases. How you raise your birds stays your own business.
How much does it cost?
Plans and fees are being finalised. We go through them with you before you sign anything, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
